Dear church family,
Our annual church camp is now only 3 weekends away and we are looking forward to a blessed time away together. We’ve got a wonderful speaker lined up who is going to take us through a fun and informative walkthrough of the Old Testament, we’ve got great food prepared for us by Team Borserini, we’ve got fun events organised and an awesome location on the shores of the beautiful Geographe Bay in Busselton! What more could you ask for? We really hope you and your family can join us and be part of this fantastic church camp! If you haven’t booked your place yet, please click here to lock in your place ASAP: https://trybooking.com/BXBRP.
I’d also like to take a moment to ask you to prayerfully consider contributing to a love offering we are collecting to help Bunbury Aboriginal Christian Fellowship. Unfortunately last year they discovered that their church ceiling was in danger of collapsing and they have been forced to hold their church services in their small Sunday school room. We are joining with other local churches and businesses to contribute toward a love offering to help get their roof repaired. If you would like to be part of this, please make your donation here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/lets-raise-the-roof-for-bunbury-church. We will also be collecting this love offering during our church services this weekend.
Finally, I’d like to say a brief word about COVID-19 given that cases are continuing to rise in our state. It is natural to be concerned about this, however, I want you to know that we continue to follow all government regulations and advice to ensure our church is as safe as possible. If you find yourself worrying over this situation, take comfort from Philippians 4, knowing that you have a saviour who loves you and cares for you. We have also just enabled the live streaming of our Sunday service for those who are isolating or unable to attend in person so you can continue to worship with us. Just head over to https://eastfreo.online.church on Sunday at 10am to join our live service.
Do email us at admin@eastfreo.church to let us know if you have any prayer or support needs. May the Lord bless you all and keep you and your families safe and healthy.
In Christ,
Ray
On behalf of the East Freo Team
