Fitness Challenge
Roll a dice to follow the following instructions. If you do not have a dice, divide a piece of paper into 6 and label each section with a number (1-6). Throw a coin on the paper to determine which number to follow.
- Run on the spot for 10 seconds
- Do 2 push-ups
- Run and touch 3 different door-knobs
- Do 4 star-jumps
- Run and give someone a high-5
- Do 6 step-lunges
