Fitness Challenge

Roll a dice to follow the following instructions. If you do not have a dice, divide a piece of paper into 6 and label each section with a number (1-6). Throw a coin on the paper to determine which number to follow.

  1. Run on the spot for 10 seconds
  2. Do 2 push-ups
  3. Run and touch 3 different door-knobs
  4. Do 4 star-jumps
  5. Run and give someone a high-5
  6. Do 6 step-lunges

Gather sticks, leaves and flower petals and glue them to a piece of paper to form a HEART.
